Join us for the TownLake YMCA's first ever theatre program!

Join us for the YMCA’s first ever acting-theatre program, where kids ages 6-12 can learn everything about putting on a play. It also gives them the opportunity to speak in public, boost their self esteem and have fun, showing their true tal-ents! Auditions will be held the first week for different parts. We will be having a 9-week program to teach the ba-sics of acting and learning parts. Then we will end the ses-sion with a famous production of “The Wizard of Oz!” Led by our very own theatre enthusiast, Ryan Palmer.

Date of Program Fridays, June 8– Aug 3 (9wks-summer)

New Guest and AWAY Member Policy beginning June 1st!

Beginning June 1st we will be establishing a new Guest and AWAY membership policy. This will not affect member visits to other branches within the Austin YMCA association, just non-member guests to the YMCA and members from other YMCA's outside of the Austin association visiting our YMCA's!

 

Guest Policy

1.       3 visits/calendar year max (regardless of branch visited)

2.       1 Free visit.

New Open Gym Volleyball Starts June 4th!

Starting June 4th we will be having for the first time Open Gym Volleyball for half court from 7:30-9:30pm on Wednesdays! We will have the nets up for you and your friends to play around or have a pick up game!

This will be free for members, and $5 per visit for non-members. Non-members will need to register at the Front Desk at each visit!

Swim Classes at the Hays Y have been cancelled today due to incremental weather. Make up days for today’s classes will be Friday May 18th at the same times classes were scheduled for today.

Join Us for Splash Day, May 19, 10am-1pm

Celebrate the start of summer on Saturday, May 19, from 10am to 1pm, with a free day of family fun at the YMCA of Austin.

Splash Day is a free community-wide celebration taking place at the East Communities, Hays Communities, Southwest and Northwest Family YMCAs.
