Parent / Child Program

Children Ages 4-12

YMCA Adventure Guides is a national YMCA parent/child program designed for children ages 4-12. In YMCA Adventure Guides, the focus is on strengthening parent/child relationships with the parent as a guide in a child's life. Parents lead, direct, supervise, influence, and teach while presenting opportunities for children to explore the world around them. This exciting program offers fun and creative activities, with lots of campouts as well as mini-Indy car racing, bowling, and more.

Registration

Registration for the Camp Champions Campout is taking place now and will conclude on May 11th. Campout will take place from May 16th - May 18th. Cost is $66.00 per person. Fee includes four meals (Saturday breakfast, lunch, and dinner & Sunday breakfast). Friday check-in is 3 p.m and Sunday check-out is 11:00 a.m. Services at Camp Champions include climbing wall, zip line, high ropes, archery & air riflery, and campfire & s'mores. Guests need to provide linens, towels, and Friday meals. Use the Program Search to find Adventure Guides under the Program Services Branch.
