Indoor Cycling
Get your workouts rolling into high gear! With a variety of classes offered everyday, you can find the one that best suits you. Our instructors will inspire you to explore new zones and push you farther than you think you can get!
Classes are FREE for Y members. Registration not necessary. Guests may visit the Y up to 3 times per year and attend classes, space permitting. Download Guest Pass
RPM™
RPM is a Les Mills, indoor cycling class. In this class you ride to the rhythm of a powerful music that motivates you. Your instructor will take you on hills, flats, mountains peaks, and other terrain so you can discover the athlete within you!
Beginning Cycle
This indoor cycling class is appropriate for those who have never taken an indoor cycling class before. This class offers the practice you need for taking a more advanced cycling class. You will learn how to properly set the bike, your postures, and every detail you need to learn.
