Join us for The Den’s open house from January 2nd to 5th, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, as we unveil our new multi-use workout space equipped for barbell, bodyweight, functional, and HIIT-style workouts.
We’ll also launch the Student Barbell Club in The Den starting January 8th, every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 4:30 to 5:30 pm for our high school members.
