Swimming – no matter your age —provides a lifetime of enjoyment and benefits your overall health and wellbeing. For more than 120 years, our pioneering programs have included swim lessons, water aerobics, competitive swimming & diving, rehabilitation programs and lifeguard training. Our swim programs emphasize sportsmanship, foster positive relationships, and celebrate achievement.

Youth Swim Lessons

Our Youth Swim Lessons teach personal water safety and basic swimming competency — including safe water habits, underwater exploration, and how to swim to safety and exit in the event of falling into a body of water.
