Mental Health Matters

Don’t miss this unique opportunity to join a small group guided session. We’ll explore powerful techniques to support mental well-being.  100% of your registration benefits the East Communities YMCA’s Annual Giving Campaign. 

 In this uplifting community workshop, you’ll:  

  • – Move through a grounding, nourishing and all-levels Yoga flow 
  • – Explore effective strategies for mental wellness 
  • – Practice mindfulness techniques to stay grounded and present 
  • – Experience a soothing guided meditation and sound bowl session 

Let’s Hear It for Happy Knees!

Interested in knee healthJoin us for a FREE “Lunch and Learn” Community Potluck – Wednesday, April 16, 12:15-1:30pm. Special guest Laurie Kertz Kelly, the “knee whisperer,” will be here to teach 3 simple and effective ways to overcome knee pain and reduce aches and soreness. Bring a dish to share for the potluck and leave with new techniques to help your knees feel good!   

Youth & Family Program Highlights

Small group Guitar lessons on Sundays 12:10pm (6-10 years) and 1:10pm (11-Adult) lead by local Musician and expert guitarist, Thomas L. 

Private and Small group adult dance lessons lead by World Champion Ballroom Dance Competition Winner, Paris A. 

New gymnastics and Cheer class available – Boy’s Gymnastic events for 5-10 years and Tumbling Skill Clinic lead by former college mascot and expert male gymnast, Kat L. 

New! Evening Women with Weights

We heard you!  We have opened a new EVENING program of our Women With Weights, Mondays and Wednesdays from 5 to 6 pm with Ian, starting April 2nd. This Small Group Personal Training program is great for all-levels program will help you grow strength, power AND confidence. You’ll also make new friends!
