Foundational Strength
Come in once a week and learn the foundations of a great strength program. This class is meant to teach the basics and benefits of strength training to individuals of all fitness levels. You will be instructed by a personal trainer and by the end of this class you should be comfortable enough to begin strength training on your own.
Adult Swim Lessons
We will soon be offering a new time for Adult Swim Lessons in September! The new time is 9:45am-10:25am on Mondays and Wednesdays, be sure to reserve your spot today!
We also have some openings for Private Swim Lessons, you can purchase packs of 1, 4, 6, or 10 for anyone at least 4 years old.
Youth Boxing
We are thrilled to announce that we will be offering boxing classes for ages 8-16 starting this Friday! Join us for dynamic sessions every Friday from 6:00 PM to 6:55 PM.
Details:
- Drop-in classes are available for $15 each, running until the end of August.
- Starting September, we will introduce a 4-week Boxing Skills Clinic, allowing participants to develop their skills progressively each week.
- No physical contact ensures a safe and supportive environment.
