EXPLORING THE WORLD OF SHAPES
In our upcoming unit, Exploring the World of Shapes, students will dive into the fascinating world of geometry! From basic 2D shapes like circles and triangles to 3D shapes such as cubes and pyramids, kids will learn how shapes are all around us. Through hands-on activities, games, and creative projects, they’ll discover how shapes form the building blocks of everything in our world—from art and architecture to nature and technology. Get ready for an exciting journey where students will explore symmetry, angles, and even transform shapes into fun creations! It’s going to be a shape-tacular adventure!
January 20th – 24th
DREAMING OF A BRIGHTER FUTURE
We are excited to be diving into the theme Dreaming of a Brighter Future. This week, students will reflect on the power of dreams and how we can work together to create a more equal and peaceful world. Through inspiring activities, stories, and discussions, kids will learn about the dreams of leaders like Martin Luther King Jr. and think about how their own dreams can help make the future better for everyone. From creative art projects to setting personal goals, this week is all about imagining a world filled with kindness, fairness, and hope!

THE POWER OF IMAGINATION
During this week, The Power of Imagination, students will explore the endless possibilities of their creativity! Through a variety of fun and interactive activities, we’ll tap into the power of imagination to solve problems, tell stories, and think critically. From collaborative storytelling and brain teasers to acting games and guided reflections, students will be encouraged to think outside the box and express their ideas in unique ways. Get ready for a week of adventure, creativity, and inspiration as we discover the amazing things our imaginations can do!
