Fitness should be accessible to everyone, and my goal is to make movement simple, effective, and enjoyable for all individuals, regardless of experience or ability. With experience working with both sighted and visually impaired individuals, training focuses on functional strength, injury prevention, and building confidence through movement. Specializing in strength training, rehabilitation/functional fitness, and older adult fitness, programs are designed to improve mobility, enhance performance, and support long-term health. Bodyweight and no-equipment exercises are a key part of training, ensuring workouts can be performed anywhere with a focus on proper form and movement quality. Every client has unique goals, whether it’s improving functional strength, building muscle, increasing mobility, or enhancing athletic performance. Training programs are tailored to meet those individual needs, whether that means developing a stronger golf swing, addressing low back pain, or improving daily movement for older adults and individuals with limited mobility. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, the goal is to help you move better, feel stronger, and build a sustainable fitness routine that fits your lifestyle.
