You spoke up & we listened! New classes and equipment are on their way to East Communities YMCA.
- NEW class alert! Bodypump has been added Wednesdays at 5:30 P.M. and Sundays at 12:30 P.M. with Elena.
- NEW equipment!
- Magic rings and balls for Mat Pilates, held every Tues/Thurs at 8:15 A.M.
- New Bodypump equipment is here! Plenty of equipment for up to 35 participants in those classes!

Fit For All Summer Challenge
This summer let us help you achieve your goals! You get to bring your goal to us, and we will give you the tools and capabilities to reach them WITHIN A MONTH!
Included in the price you will receive an EVOLT analysis once a week, one hour session a week, a special one-hour program once a week, and a nutrition consultation weekly with a personal trainer. There will be a female and male winner. Potential Goals: Lose 5 pounds, gain 3% muscle, lift a certain weight, run/bike/row a certain goal time, etc.

Safety First for Summer Swimming
for safety purposes all swimmers under the age of 14 must take a swim test and wear a swim band before entering the water. If you haven’t taken a swim test in the 2024 calendar year, please chat with a lifeguard at your next swim to get that checked off!
Our Welcome Center can provide the details of our swim test and what each color wristband represents.
