NEW Personal Training Session Added for Women!  Due to high demand for our Women With Weights small group personal training program, we’ve added a NEW session on Tuesdays and Thursdays , 8-9 am, with Clarence.  This month-long program is designed to help women of all experience levels gain confidence, learn proper form, improve strength, and be EMPOWERED! Launch of new childcare model to address urgent need among working families

AUSTIN—The Greater Austin YMCA has cut the ribbon on its first YMCA Tomorrow AcademyTM early education center to help address the urgent need for childcare among working families in the area. The event took place Friday, January 24, 2025, at the Y’s new facility in the Four Points area of Northwest Austin, located at 8300 North FM 620 in The Trails at 620 shopping complex, and was followed by a community open house and guided tours.
