Our Women with Weights small group personal training program has been so popular, we’ve added a NEW session! Catch Clarence on Tuesdays & Thursdays, 8:00am – 9:00am.
This month-long program helps women and people of all ages & experience levels to gain confidence, learn proper form, improve strength and feel empowered. Class is limited to 8 participants. Kick off the holiday season at Northwest YMCA’s Holiday Extravaganza! Enjoy cookie decorating, letters to Santa and cozy cups of cocoa… and it’s completely FREE and open to all. Capture the festive spirit with photos with Santa and playing games like dreidel and Kwanzaa Memory Game. Festive attire and holiday pajamas are encouraged!
Activities Include: Photos with Santa, Holiday Crafts, Cookie Decorating, Dreidel & Kwanzaa Memory Game, Letters to Santa, Create Your Own Specialized Cup of Cocoa at the Cocoa Bar.
