Specialty Fitness Programs Adult Boxing Teen Strength & Conditioning Women with Weights Adult Fencing

Focus on your health and hone your skills in specialty fitness classes at the Y.

Adult Boxing is a 12 round non-contact, high intensity workout. In each class you will work on specific combinations, cardio agility drills and foot work that you will then execute with the coach at the end of class. Boxers are considered some of the fittest athletes on the planet. Come see what it’s all about!

Our holiday gift-wrapping service adds a touch of magic to your presents while giving back to our community! All proceeds go to the Annual Giving Campaign, supporting programs that make a difference year-round. Let us wrap your gifts with care, so together, we can spread the spirit of giving.  

Bring your presents to the Y on these dates and we will wrap your presents while you workout! Suggested donations based on number of presents.  

  • 12/9, 12/10, 12/18 : 9-11am  
  • 12/11, 12/16, 12/17: 4-7pm

Southwest Family YMCA Facility Updates

As part of our commitment to providing you with the best possible experience, our maintenance team has begun brightening the gymnasium walls with a fresh coat of paint today and should wrap up that section of the building by Friday, November 22. Crews will paint the entire building. Expect closures of sections of the building during painting.

The maintenance team has begun additional deep cleaning in our restroom and locker areas. These areas will not be accessible to members during maintenance.

  • During the Locker Room closure:
    • Showers – we have two individual restrooms with showers located near the locker
