NEW Personal Training Session Added for Women! Due to high demand for our Women With Weights small group personal training program, we’ve added a NEW session on Tuesdays and Thursdays , 8-9 am, with Clarence. This month-long program is designed to help women of all experience levels gain confidence, learn proper form, improve strength, and be EMPOWERED! Class is limited to 8 participants. Looking to add STRENGTH and POWER to your life? Try Reye’s Powerlifting Small Group Training, where you’ll focus on the 3 key powerlifting movements: bench press, squat and deadlift. Offered M/W 7-8am.
Childcare for Valentine’s Date Night
9:00pm. Our Kid’s Night Out special event will be Friendship-Themed, we will provide dinner (Pizza, drinks, and snacks) and Fun with activities and crafts to keep them entertained all night. Instead of a movie at the end of the night, we will have a Friendship Dance Party with age-appropriate music. If you have multiple children, get the second and each additional child ½ off.
