Say Hi at HEB!
Look for East Communities YMCA fitness and membership staff at the Mueller HEB on Sunday, July 14th, from 12-3 pm. Come and say hi! Staff will be onsite to promote our YMCA locally, with some giveaways provided by the Healthy Living vendors at HEB. We’re better together!

Have you been to our fitness center recently? We’ve recently posted updated fitness center signage, so you can be familiar with our policies. Curious about age requirements? Ages 16+ are welcome at any time. Starting July 22nd, we’ll be providing wristbands for youth 12-15 who have completed their FREE Family Fitness Orientation. Schedule those at the welcome center!

FREE Bilingual Self-Empowerment Group for Latinas aged 13-15. The group will run for 4 weeks beginning July 22nd through August 15th
- Tuesdays & Thursdays from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm in the Mind & Body studio
Grupo de empoderamiento bilingue y GRATIS para Latinas de edades 13-15. El grupo durara 4 semanas empezando el 22 de Julio y terminara el 15 de Agosto.
