Welcoming Week Open House

Saturday, September 14, from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm, East Communities Y will be open to the public to celebrate Welcoming Week. It’s a great opportunity to bring a friend to show them all the Y has to offer. We’ll have activities and programs to sample. See you there!

 

YMCA community bonds over international potluck.

Active Older Adult Community Potluck

Bring yourself and your signature dish to share at our September 17th AOA Potluck, held in the Mind/Body studio from 11:30am-1pm.  Sign up at the welcome center, and come share community.

Jiu-Jitsu & MMA

East Communities Y offers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts classes this September. Ages 16-adult can purchase a pass to attend classes up to 3x per week.
