Polar Bear Plunge

Ready to make a splash? Join us on Jan 1 for the Polar Bear Plunge– the coolest event of the year! Brave the icy waters and take a thrilling dip to support the East Communities YMCA. Bring the family; Seal Pups (1-10yrs), Cubs (10-15yrs) are included OR dare your friends – plunge or be a Chicken! 

Masters Swim

Masters Swim offers structured, coached swim workouts and stroke technique analysisGreat for overall fitness and improvement in a positive and friendly atmosphere; and an excellent triathlon-training programSwimmers should be able to swim at least 100 yards continuously to benefit from the program.
