BODYCOMBAT Mondays/Wednesdays 9:30-10:30am with Brie, beginning 11/4
BODYCOMBAT is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 570 calories in a class, with moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.
New LUNCHTIME class – Vinyasa Yoga, Tuesdays/Thursdays 12-12:45pm with Anna, beginning 11/5
We heard you’d like classes over lunchtime and are adding Vinyasa Yoga to the schedule to better serve you. Vinyasa Yoga is an energetic practice, aligning breath and movement to build heat and strength in the body. Expect a mixture of sun salutations, balance, and standing poses woven together in fun and creative ways.
