Healthy Kids Day

Get ready for a day of action, fun, and wellness at our FREE Healthy Kids Day! Join us at Hays Communities YMCA April 26th from 10am-1pm for games, activities, community vendors, and more! 

Bring your family and friends for an exciting day of fitness and healthy living (Registration required, one per family). Save your spot!

Healthy Kids Day is a national YMCA USA event, celebrated by YMCAs across the country to promote healthy living for all.

Summer Camps at Hays Communities Y

Plan your child’s exciting summer with our flexible half-day camp options! We’re offering both morning and afternoon sessions to fit your schedule. 

Camp Options: 

  • Morning Camp (8:30 AM – 12:30 PM): A classic YMCA camp experience filled with diverse and engaging activities. 
  • Afternoon Specialty Camps (1:30 PM – 5:00 PM): Focus on your child’s passions with our specialized camps:  
  • Gymnastics 
  • Swim/Water 
  • Sports

Level Up Your Game with Sports Clinics

Ready to take your child’s sports skills to the next level? Our Youth Sports Clinics, led by our expert YMCA-trained staff, are the perfect way to prepare for league play! Kids will learn essential fundamentals through fun drills and exciting games, all while making new friends and staying active right. 

Choose Your Sport: 

  • Basketball (Ages 5-14): May 8th – May 29th 
  • Volleyball (Ages 8-14): May 6th – May 27th

Move Better, Feel Stronger: Small Group Functional Training

Ready to enhance your everyday movements and build overall strength? Join our May Small Group Functional Training sessions Tuesdays & Thursdays, 8:15 AM – 9:05 AM. 

What is Functional Training? It’s designed to improve your strength and movement patterns for activities you do outside the gym – from carrying groceries to playing with the kids. We focus on practical movements with resistance to help you move more efficiently and confidently in your daily life.
