Northwest Y Annual Giving Campaign is Here!

Did you know that 1 in 10 individuals, families, and children rely on financial assistance for their Greater Austin Y memberships? We work hard to never turn away anyone due to financial need. To do that we need your help and generosity. This year, our goal is to raise $65,000 that will be given directly back to the Northwest community.

We are making supporting your community fun with these upcoming events:

Cycle for a Cause

Join Julie for this annual donation-based cycling class where she will match your donation! Don’t want to cycle, but still want to support? Donate here to help Julie meet her donation goal!

Board Breaking FUNdraisier

Join Grand Master Owens and Master Steph and break some Tae Kwon Do boards! Sponsor a board for only $10.

2025 River City Quadrathon Masters Swim Fundraiser

Kids Play Canvas Art Fundraiser

YMCA Tips & Tricks

Y360 Class Reservations Best Practices

We have some very popular classes at the Y and we love that you love them! Please know that if you reserve a spot and do not show up for the class, it affects the plans of your fellow members. If you can’t make it to a class you have registered for, please cancel your reservation so other members can plan their workouts.

Recreation Swim Lane

The YMCA is FOR ALL and that includes all types of water lovers. When not being used for Y programming, Lane 1 of the lap pool is for recreational swim. Recreational swim may include water walking, family swim, overflow aquatics exercise classes (self-guided), lap swimming, and similar activities. Non-lap swimming water activities take priority when lap lanes available.
