Brooke Fertig

Brooke is passionate about helping people move through life with confidence, more energy, and less pain. As a personal trainer, her goal is to create an approachable, enjoyable fitness experience while addressing the unique needs of each client. She understands that modern life often leads to less-than-ideal movement patterns, whether from long hours at a desk, repetitive motions, or past injuries. Through targeted, functional training, she works to help clients build strength, improve mobility, and feel better in their daily activities, not just in the gym. Every person comes to fitness with different goals, abilities, and concerns. Whether you’re looking to improve balance, correct muscle imbalances, build strength safely, progress around injuries, create sustainable weight loss, or simply find an exercise routine you actually enjoy, Brooke designs each session to fit you. She believes that training should be more than just a workout. It should be a step toward long-term health and an active, fulfilling life. Her hope is that, by working together, clients develop a lifelong love for movement and discover the types of exercise that make them feel their best. Brooke is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, where she earned a degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science with a specialization in Medical Fitness and Rehabilitation. She is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and continues to expand her expertise through ongoing education in areas such as postmenopausal training, corrective exercise, senior fitness, and nutrition. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, Brooke is committed to helping you move better, feel stronger, and gain confidence in your body. If you’re ready to take that next step towards better health and wellness, feel free to reach out to fertig.brooke@gmail.com or schedule through the front desk.
