Make a reservation to guarantee your spot in class. It’s easy to do: just log into our app (Apple) (Android) and select the fitness class you want to attend up to 48 hours ahead of class. Not yet a member but want to try a class before joining? You’re welcome to book a guest spot by calling your nearest Y location. A Welcome Center team member can get you signed up for our group fitness classes.
