Boot Camp

Are you ready to push your limits and transform your body in just 5 weeks? Join our Bootcamp, an intense 10-session program designed to challenge you like never before. Each 45-minute session is packed with high-energy, sweat-inducing workouts that will test your strength, endurance, and mental grit. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete, everyone is welcome.

Swim Lessons Ages 6 Months – Adult

Everyone, regardless of their age or ability, deserves the opportunity to learn how to swim and safely enjoy water-related activities. Our Swim Lessons focus on teaching personal water safety and developing basic swimming skills. This includes cultivating safe water habits, exploring underwater environments, and learning how to swim to safety and exit a body of water in case of an emergency!

Qigong Workshop Saturday, October 19, 12-2pm

Qigong is an ancient practice that anyone can do. Qigong combines guided meditation with breathing and simple body movements, which helps to regulate your nervous system, reduce stress, depression and anxiety, and increases lung capacity. 

Teen Fit Course | Ages 10-16yrs | T/Th 6:30-7pm 

This is a programmed class lead by our personal trainers that blends cardio with strength training. Programing can be adapted to sports specific needs or fitness goals.

Fall Pool Schedules 

Indoor Pool:  

As we anticipate over 200+ 1st graders in our Project Safe Swim Lesson program please note the indoor pool will be closed from 12:15-2:15pm Monday-Thursday (and Fridays for make-up classes as needed) starting on October 15th 

Outdoor Interactive Pool Hours: 

  9/30/24-11/2/24 

Mon-Thurs 5pm-8:50pm 

Fri 5pm-7:50pm 

Sat 11:30am-3:30pm 

Sun 12pm-4:00pm  

  After 11/2/24
