Our Women with Weights small group personal training program has been so popular, we’ve added a NEW session! Catch Clarence on Tuesdays & Thursdays, 8:00am – 9:00am.
This month-long program helps women and people of all ages & experience levels to gain confidence, learn proper form, improve strength and feel empowered. Class is limited to 8 participants. This class is also offered on Mondays & Wednesdays 8:00am – 9:00am and Mondays & Wednesdays 11:00am – 12:00pm. Join Women with Weights

Trick-or-Treat October 30
Trick or Treat at East Communities event taking place on October 30th , 5:00pm-7:00pm. Join us for an exciting evening of carnival games, pumpkin decorating, costume contest, and much more! During the event, we will have a performance from our Youth Jazz and Hip Hop Dance teams at 6:00pm.
