Upcoming Changes to Group Exercise Programming
You spoke up & we listened! New classes and equipment are on their way to East Communities YMCA.
- NEW class alert! Bodypump has been added Wednesdays at 5:30 P.M. and Sundays at 12:30 P.M. with Elena.
- NEW equipment!
- Magic rings and balls for Mat Pilates, held every Tues/Thurs at 8:15 A.M.
- New Bodypump equipment is here! Plenty of equipment for up to 35 participants in those classes!
Splash Weekend at the Y June 1st-2nd, 2024
Get ready to make waves with Splash Weekend at the Y! Join us on June 1st and 2nd for free family fun at any of our eight location! We’ll have exciting water activities, games, and snacks lined up for you to enjoy. Remember to mark your calendars and join us for the kickoff to summer!
