We’re partnering with The Austin Common to bring you ‘Local Government 101,’ a workshop designed to help you understand how local government impacts your daily life. Join us on Wednesday, September 18 at 12:00 P.M. to learn all about your local government.

End Summer with a Splash!
There’s still time to register for August swim lessons. Be swim-ready year-round when you enroll in lessons at the Y. Learning how to swim can boost your child’s self-confidence and self-esteem. As they become more comfortable and proficient in the water, they can feel more confident in other areas of life. Learning to swim is a lifelong skill your child can carry with them throughout life. While swimming can be fun and exciting, it’s important to stay safe. That’s why swim lessons at the Y are always a win! Find Your Swim Lesson

Look for East Communities YMCA fitness and membership staff at the Mueller HEB on Sunday, July 14th, from 12-3 pm. Come and say hi! Staff will be onsite to promote our YMCA locally, with some giveaways provided

Upcoming Changes to Group Exercise Programming
You spoke up & we listened! New classes and equipment are on their way to East Communities YMCA.
- NEW class alert! Bodypump has been added Wednesdays at 5:30 P.M. and Sundays at 12:30 P.M. with Elena.
- NEW equipment!
- Magic rings and balls for Mat Pilates, held every Tues/Thurs at 8:15 A.M.
- New Bodypump equipment is here! Plenty of equipment for up to 35 participants in those classes!
Splash Weekend at the Y June 1st-2nd, 2024
Get ready to make waves with Splash Weekend at the Y! Join us on June 1st and 2nd for free family fun at any of our eight location! We’ll have exciting water activities, games, and snacks lined up for you to enjoy. Remember to mark your calendars and join us for the kickoff to summer!
