Wellness Week kicks off February 10th and runs through the 15th. Explore fitness, nutrition, mental health, and mindfulness with expert speakers and engaging events. Kids Play available (first come, first serve). We’ve got lots of great FREE events so invite a neighbor and absorb the knowledge!

Springs Family YMCA Annual Cookie Festival
Join us on Saturday, December 14th, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Springs YMCA for our Annual Cookie Festival, a fun-filled celebration of festive cheer and delicious treats. Enjoy an unforgettable day with endless cookies, pictures with the best Santa in the area, a moon bounce, exciting games, colorful face painting, creative crafts, and so much more! Make a donation to receive a cookie gift box and fill it to the brim with your favorite cookies to take home.

Join us at the YMCA for a Friendsgiving Pot Luck! Bring your signature dish to share with your friends and community members for a wonderful Friendsgiving Pot Luck lunch. We bring the sliced turkey, ham, and drinks. You bring the yummy appetizers, the delicious sides and sweet treats.
