Campout out at YMCA Camp Moody to experience a night under the stars and then a perfect view of the Solar Eclipse! Bring your tent or RV and snag a spot along onion creek, in our large activity field, or a parking spot. Camp Moody will have a variety of self-facilitated activities available while you are waiting for the big event, from slingshots and hiking to yard games and crafts. Let us cook you breakfast on Monday and provide a to go lunch before you depart at 5pm. The eclipse will start

March Family Campout at YMCA Camp Moody
Families join together for a campout under the stars at YMCA Camp Moody located on Onion Creek. Families will spend Saturday night at Camp Moody and depart Sunday at 10:00am. Activities include a nature walk, high ropes course, archery, crafts, camp songs, fishing, slingshots, and so much more! Saturday night dinner, s’mores and Sunday morning breakfast will be provided by the YMCA. Each family is responsible for their own toiletries, sleeping bag & pillow, and clothing. The YMCA will provide tents and all supplies for the activities. You may arrive
