What’s Happening at TownLake YMCA in October 2023

• TownLake YMCA is pleased to participate in the Roots and Wings Festival, an annual, community-wide celebration of trees, pollinators and all creatures who benefit from this symbiotic relationship. Take part in the festival by celebrating with us at one of these upcoming events: 
• Trail Run Saturday, October 21 – 10am 
• Nature Scavenger Hunt Saturday, October 28 – 10am 
• Outdoor Yoga Sunday, November 5 – 10:30am 

Mark your calendar for upcoming family fun. We’ve got the kids taken care of while you enjoy a night with each other!  

• Kids Night Out – October 7 & 21 – 5pm-9pm 

Then put on your game face and bring your best shot at family dodgeball.  

• Family Dodgeball – October 14  

Spooky season is here. Get into the spirit with  these family activities.

• Family Movie Night – October 28 – 5pm-7pm 

• Boo Bash – October 29 – 1pm-4pm 

Small group training strikes the right balance. Get personalized fitness focus tailored to you while receiving the encouragement that comes with training together.  Now offering small group trainings in HIIT, Active Older Adult Fitness and Kickboxing.

Early risers, celebrate! TownLake YMCA has expanded its fall hours of operation. New hours are:

Monday – Thursday

• 5:00am-9:00pm

Friday

• 5:00am-8:00pm

Saturday

• 8:00am-7:00pm

Sunday

• 10:00am – 6:00pm
